Group classes are great, but they can be intimidating or not give you the instruction that you need - there is little time to focus on you as an individual. With a private class session, we can work on the proper alignment, for your specific body. Knowing proper alignment, will keep your joints safe, so you can practice for years to come.
Learn how to begin a practice or discover ways to deepen an advanced practice. Because this is your time, each class is created just for you. Feeling stressed, tight, tired? Let’s work it out on the mat. Whether you want to focus on the physical practice (asana), breath work (pranayama), or meditation, the choice is yours.
Friends that practice together stay together! Come and practice with a friend, spouse or loved one. Small group classes are available in the studio for up to four students. Larger classes are available off-sight. Choose a regular time and day or make it a one time special event. The options are up to you!

An online yoga class is an ideal way to practice from home. I have students from all over the country who sign on for a private or group class using Zoom. My instructions are clear so don’t worry if you can’t always see me! Classes are tailored to meet your needs and your level of experience.
